comfortable stay with excellent amenities
cooperative staff spacious room fine view
i found the staff cooperative, especially mr tah ms mind ms mew and ms mind who provided great hospitality. the room was spacious and clean with a fine lake view. breakfast offered variety and good choices.
the balcony door was bolted shut, which i found disappointing. i was looking forward to relaxing on the balcony. the shower water pressure could be stronger and some tv channels were only for display.

the location is excellent as benchakitti park is within walking distance. an electric tuk tuk shuttle provides transportation to the exchange tower with easy access to the asoke bts. it also goes to the qsncc mrt station.

the pool area is large clean and great for relaxation. the gym is well equipped with multiple machines. this allows guests to easily maintain their fitness routine.

Fantastic hotel experience!
clean room convenient cafe nearby 7 11 great recreation
I had a really WONDERFUL stay. The room was very clean and well kept. It exceeded my expectations. I also liked the convenient cafe connected to the lobby. the 7/11 nearby. I appreciated the recreation floor. It offered something for everyone. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends!
The elevators sometimes experienced slight delays during peak hours, but it was a minor inconvenience.

Fantastic Stay, Highly Recommended!
equipped gym great amenity friendly staff
The gym was very well equipped! I found a good selection of machines to use. The pool is also a great amenity. It is open until midnight, fantastic for a late-night swim. The staff, including Mew, June, Petch, Carrot, and Nat were helpful and friendly to me.
The elevators had limited capacity, I experienced long waiting times. This was during peak hours, like breakfast and check-in.

It provided ample space for luggage and movement! The amenities, like the washing machine, added a touch of convenience.

The reception staff checked me in easily and were very warm, especially Mr Tah, Ms. Som, Ms. Bennie, and Mr Nat! They always answered my inquiries with a smile. Their recommendations for nearby restaurants were appreciated.

noisy air conditioning limited options
i found A FEW things that bothered me. the air conditioning unit WAS noisy and difficult to adjust. the breakfast buffet offered Limited options, particularly for vegetarians. these ISSUES impacted my overall stay.

unreliable shuttle service poor communication
the shuttle service was not smooth at all i waited at the mrt station based on instructions from the reception but the shuttle did not arrive as scheduled this caused a significant delay and inconvenience the lack of punctuality and clear communication regarding the shuttle's location was frustrating i eventually had to find alternative transportation affecting my plans
